The Challenge Gotham Ride, a premier NYC limousine service, faced a critical digital bottleneck. Their logistics relied on a third-party booking engine that only offered an iframe solution. While functionally robust on the backend, this iframe was a “black hole” for SEO (blocking Google from reading content) and offered a poor, non-responsive user experience on mobile devices. They needed a way to keep their logistics engine but completely reinvent the client-facing experience.

The Solution MB Design Studio engineered a Custom “Bridge” Booking Interface that separates the user experience from the legacy backend.

• Headless Form Architecture: We built a custom, SEO-friendly front-end form that captures trip details directly on the site. This eliminates the iframe from the landing page, allowing Google to index the page content fully.
• Google Maps API Integration: We integrated the Google Maps API to visualize the route in real-time as users type, providing immediate visual confirmation of pickup and drop-off locations before the booking logic takes over.
• Seamless Data Handoff: We wrote a custom JavaScript bridge that validates user input and securely passes the data to the third-party provider for the final transaction step.
• Technical SEO Overhaul: Collaborating with an external SEO team, we implemented a strict technical remediation plan—fixing schema markup, H-tag hierarchy, and core web vitals to ensure the new custom code ranked as high as it performed.

The result is a seamless, high-speed booking flow that satisfies the logistics requirements without sacrificing search rankings or user experience.
