• Sync Logic: We implemented a bidirectional calendar sync (iCal) that prevents double bookings between Airbnb, VRBO, and the direct site in real-time.
• Trust Architecture: Since guests are hesitant to book off-platform, we designed the site to heavily feature “Social Proof”—automatically pulling in 5-star reviews and displaying their “Superhost” badges prominently above the fold.
• Seamless Payments: Integrated a secure gateway that handles deposits, security holds, and final payments automatically, removing the manual friction often associated with private rentals.
